The first working version of Image Upscaler. Everything below is live on this site today.
- Upscale JPG, PNG, and WebP images 2x or 4x in the browser, with no signup and no watermark.
- A photo model and an illustration model, with a before and after view for every result.
- A free allowance of 3 upscales a day, counted per IP address and reset at 00:00 UTC.
- Embedded metadata, including GPS coordinates, stripped from every file before it is processed.
- Files deleted automatically: browser results after 1 hour, API uploads and results after 24 hours.
- Download links that expire, so a stored file is never on a public URL.
- Accounts with email and password, and a dashboard showing usage and API keys.
- A REST API with per-key rate limits, included with the paid plan.
- Pro at $9 a month for 100 credits, where a 2x costs one credit and a 4x costs two.
- One-time credit packs of 20, 50, and 150 credits that stay usable for a year.
- Stripe billing, with a credit returned automatically if an upscale fails.
